Knowledge and Expertise
We are approved by the Awarding Bodies as a Training and Assessment Centre. We have worked closely with the Government (CLG) over the last few years and specifically within the last six months on developing the new suite of Energy qualifications for domestic and non-domestic assessors. Adapt's key role in the consultation process and background experience in the Home Inspector arena will provide Adapt candidates the market edge by keeping them informed and abreast of the latest developments in this new arena.

The Domestic Energy qualification must be seen as a significant initial step on a future career ladder for new individuals entering the property industry. This qualification is a step towards the Home Inspector Diploma, which in turn can lead to the Valuation qualification and entry into TechRICS. It also opens the gateway into further energy related opportunities within the commercial sector.
