HIPs countdown less than a week to go until 3-bedroom homes are included.

In 6 days time, on Monday 10 September the second implementation phase of Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates

(EPCs) will begin for homes marketed with 3 or more bedrooms in England and Wales. This will mean from 10 September HIPs will be operating across approximately 60% of the residential market.

To make sure you are fully prepared for the next phase check that you know:

• Where you are getting your Packs from
• How you will provide copies
• How you will attach the energy information to the property particulars What payment options you are offering to customers
